A Win, A Loss and a Tie for the Sabres
The South Huron Novice Girls came away with a win, loss and tie over their past 3 games, and continue to steadily improve.

The girls played a tight game in Lucan and came away with a 1-1 tie, with the lone goal scored by Brooke Taylor.  Player of the Game went to Nicole McBride.  The following day the girls travelled to Thamesford to play Zorra.  The game was close throughout with the teams trading scoring chances.  The final score was 3-1 for Zorra, with Lauren Campbell scoring the goal for South Huron.  Ella Parsons earned Player of the Game honours with strong fore checking and work in the corners.

At home against Woodstock the girls played their best game of the season, earning a 3-2 win as a result of strong play for all three periods.  Ryan Schepers scored her first goal of the season, a result of going to the net and shooting home her own rebound.  Nicole McBride (Player of the Game) played fantastic at Centre, scoring the other two goals, including the winner mid-way through the third period.  All of the girls played very well.
