The boys had a three game tournament sat in clinton and were they ever firing on all cylinders.
game #1 was against the home BCH team. Gideon was between the pipe and was steady when tested. We came out flying and never really looked back. Ashton "ninja warrior" Glavin had a four point morning and was awarded the player of the game.
game #2 was vs. the BB crusaders and boys were filled up with pizza and spreading sauce passes to left and right. the defence was stellar in front of henry who picked up the shutout and the player of the game. first of many shoutouts to come for Oh Henry!
game #3 vs Elmvale. This was the match up we had been looking forward to all day. After a small break between games the coaching staff was worried the boys tired themselves out at the Fish and Game (great assortment of beverages). The layoff didnt matter and boys where full guns blazing. Marcus "the emperor" wein picked up the player game. Marcus played well all tournament switching positions and played forward most of tournament.
also, thanks to nicole and shauna for running the 50/50 which covered the costs of the party i think? Good times and a fun day.
on to another busy week with ilderton coming to HP tonight and then parkhill thusday at home.
