Tournament Refund Policy
Withdrawal by Teams
60+ Days
If a team withdraws from the tournament for any reason more than 60 days ahead of start date, they will receive a full (100%) refund less a $50 administration fee.
30-60 Days
A team withdrawing for any reason 30-60 days before the tournament start date will be issued a 50% refund less an administrative fee of $50.
30 Days or Less
A team withdrawing for any reason 30 days or less before the tournament start date will not be issued a refund.
