The last 30 days has certainly been a whirlwind for the Sabres peewee girls team. This would be the girls 15th game in 30 days. After a heartbreaking loss the day before the Sabres came out flying in the first minute of the game. Madison Livermore found some open ice on the left wing and buried a hard wrist shot past a defenceless Stars goalie. The scorekeeper would be busy all afternoon not adding up goals on the sheet, but there was a steady stream of players from both teams being sent to the penalty box for minor infractions. The Sabres killed off an impressive 2 man disadvantage in the second period. The Sabres looked poised to win their final game of the year as they played a great 33 minutes of hockey, but you have to play all 35 minutes to win.
