Note: New players registering for Intro to Hockey or U7 (Initiation) may proceed to register online by following the instructions under Registration Fees and Information page for this program.
Required Documentation
First time registrants to South Huron Minor Hockey must provide:
- a copy of your player’s Birth Certificate for age verification purposes
- a copy of a government issued ID such as a Driver’s License for family address verification purposes.
Submitting your paperwork
Your paperwork can be submitted in the following ways:

Registration with South Huron Minor Hockey
Once your paperwork is received your player will be verified and you will be cleared to complete the registration process.
Respect in Sport - Parent Program
At least one parent or guardian of each player registered in the OMHA/OWHA will be required to complete the online “Respect in Sport – Parent Education Program". Visit our
Respect in Sport - Parent Program page for instructions on how to complete this program.
Once the program is completed, parents/guardians are considered certified and there is no requirements for recertification.
