Submitted By Goodfellow on Monday, October 28, 2013
With Morely starting in net, the teams went head to head.  With just over 3 minutes left in the first period, McCann scores the first goal of the game.  Strathroy didn't take long to even things up ending the first period 1-1.

Into the second period the teams were an even match.  Drouillard had a breakaway that got the crowd wild but it just wasn't in the cards and no goal was scored.  With Morely hot in net he kept the Rockets in check ending the second period still tied.  The third period took a turn for the worse.  The Sabres let up their momentum with 7 minutes left in the game and the Rockets took full advantage scoring two goals in 30 seconds putting them ahead 3-1.  McCann kicked into overdrive and scored a 2nd goal increases the odds but the Rockets finished things off with one more goal before the period ended.
