Silver Stick Finalists
South Huron Sabres U15A came home with a Silver Medal after competing in the International Silver Stick Finals in Aurora on the weekend.
The U15A team came out of round robin play 1st in their pool over North Halton Twisters, Barrie Sharks and Owen Sound Ice Hawks.
Quarter final play had the Sabres matched up against London Devilettes resulting in a 1-0 win for South Huron.
The Semi-final game against the Waterloo Raven's ended in a 4-0 win for the team.
The U15A team came up just short in the battle against the Soo Jr Greyhounds in the Championship game, which ended in a 1-0 loss for the Sabres.
