Driving the Net!
Driving the net is the key to our offensive attack. Players who take the puck to the net will be a threat to score and create scoring chances. Going to the net with speed and power will often draw penalties and will also make life difficult for opposing defencemen. Hockey is a game of 1 vs. 1 races and battles. The winner of these races and battles, wins games! Click the "Driving the Net" tab on the left of the page (Quick Links) and take a look at the video. Note the players always keep their feet moving and watch how they protect the puck.
