Arena guidelines
At all 3
arenas:
- coaches
and spectators need to show their QR code and ID for proof of vaccination. Players
are permitted to go straight back to the dressing room. (there will be active screening
done at the door, no forms or contact tracing will be done)
- Due
to capacity limits, spectators are permitted in 10 min before game time (unless
a parent/guardian needs to help their player)
-spectators must leave the arena as soon as the game is
over
** this is to help keep numbers down (I am not
limiting the number of spectators per player, and so I need teams to respect
not coming in too early, and leaving as soon as they can after)
South Huron Rec Centre (SHRC) @ 94 Victoria St. Exeter Ontario
-gym is available for use to teams 1 hour before their game time to do a pre game warm up... this is NOT for parents to socialize before the game… it is strictly for players
-Food Booth is open
-dressing rooms will be available 20 mins before game time
Hensall Arena (HEN) @ 157 Oxford St W Hensall Ontario
-gym is available for use to teams 1 hour before game time to do pre game warm up (same rules as Exeter gym)
-teams may go into dressing rooms 30 mins before game time
-food and drink are allowed, but must be seated to consume (no food booth available)
Stephen Township Arena (STA) @ 69625 Airport Line, Huron Park Ontario
-food and drink are allowed, but must be seated to consume (no food booth available) -unfortunately there is no gym or hall at this venue
-teams allowed into dressing rooms 20 mins before game time
