Novice Girls C - Silver Stick Champs!
The Novice Girls C traveled to Saugeen Shores over the weekend to contend for the Silver Stick Championship, and the girls did not disappoint.
The Sabres went undefeated, beating Owen Sound 4-0 and BCH 1-0 to earn a bye to the Final. The girls then came up with a great effort in the final, beating BCH 4-0.
The girls have taken their game to another level, with the defence and forwards all showing excellent puck control and passing, along with ever-steady goaltending.
For the season, the girls have now competed in 3 tournaments. They have a perfect 10-0 record in tourney play, with an amazing 9 shutouts.
This is the second Championship banner that the girls have brought home this year. Keep up the great work!
